“YOUR LABELLO, BY YOU” COMPETITION

Labello brand invites you to take part in their “Your Labello, by you” campaign by connecting through their Instagram page @labello_me. Labello is giving you the chance to design two of their Lip Balm products (The Original & The Shine Peach Lip Balms) which will then be available in stores for a Limited Time Only (“Design(s)”). Influencers and Artists, selected by Labello, are also taking part in this campaign.

By entering the competition all participants and winner agree to be bound by the below Terms & Conditions, which will be interpreted by the Promoter, in its sole discretion and its decision regarding any dispute will be conclusive, final and binding and will not be challenged on any grounds, including without limitation, the grounds that the Promoter failed to act reasonably, fairly, in good faith or otherwise in accordance with the principles or procedural fairness.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Promoter is: Beiersdorf Middle East FZCO whose registered office is at LB15306, Dubai UAE.
The competition is open to residents of GCC countries aged 18+ years.
Participants under the age of 18 must provide proof of age and guardian consent.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The participants must be following @labello_me on Instagram in order to enter.
By entering this competition, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering the competition, you must agree to cooperate and share personal information as reasonably requested to collect a prize. The participant grants the Prompter the rights to share his personal information and designs with the brand owner of Labello.
By entering this competition, the participant acknowledges that the brand owner of Labello and the Prompter are allowed to use submitted designs on social media, point of sale & website.

Closing date for entry will be AUGUST 20^TH, 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. The Promoter may publicize and broadcast the participants and winner’s name as part of the competition.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to use submitted Design(s) on social media, point of sale & website.
5. The participant warrants and represents that she/he sole legal owner of all rights, titles and interest in all Design(s) including all related intellectual property rights and she/he is not infringing any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. The participant agrees that all Design(s), drawings, inventions, trade secrets, confidential and/or proprietary information, created or develop by the participant which might be used for unlimited purposes related to Labello brand business shall be the sole property of the Prompter and the brand owner of Labello. Participant hereby assigns to the Prompter and the brand owner of Labello the entire rights, titles and interest in and to the Design(s) including all necessary copyrights, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights relating to all Designs exclusively.
The prize is as follows:
TEN THOUSAND EMIRATI DIRHAMS (AED10,000) will be presented to the favorite Design(s) . The winning Design(s) may not be used for production. If the Promoter chooses to proceed with the winning Design(s) for production, printing and sale they reserve the right to use the Design(s) for limited time products throughout the years of 2021-2023. The prize is non-transferable and may not be given, assigned or sold to another person and not exchangeable for other goods and services.
Winner will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter and/or its agents.
The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message on Instagram/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promoter and the brand owner of Labello to use the Design(s) and winner's name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Promoter and the brand owner of Labello and not to any other party.
This Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and the parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, or validity will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai
